The All-Turn-It Spinner is a double spinner, spinning an arrow (pointing to the outer overlay) in one direction and an inner overlay in the opposite direction. Arrow and inner overlay each stop at random spots. Operate using the built-in button or external switch. Comes with dice overlay.
