By Saltillo.  The ChatBox CB-1 is an entry level recording communication device that is packed with features for a low price!  This unit has a 16 key (1" square keys) keyboard with built-in keyguard that can be used across four levels (overlays have tabs for easy changing).  Provides ten minutes of recording time.  Messages can be stored and retrieved under single keys or under a sequence of keys supported by icon prediction.  Accessible by direct selection and both linear and row-column scanning.  Powered by rechargeable batteries.  Weighs 1.5 lbs.

The ChatBox DX has all the great capabilities of the ChatBox CB-1 plus the ability to use either 16 standard size keys (1" square keys) or 4 large keys (2.25" square keys), auditory scanning (cue word may be recorded separately from message), and four switch jacks for multiple switch activation of up to four messages.  No other communication device in this class provides so much power at so little cost.

The Computer Print Overlays is a set of 10 sheets (20 overlays) which have pre-punched holes so ChatBox LED's are visible.  Use with Boardmaker to design and print your own custom overlays.

UniChat:16 is a language application program designed to introduce beginning users to AAC systems.  10 overlays, vocabulary, and teaching strategies are included.
