Every switch mount needs the appropriate mounting plate to connect a switch (or other device) to the mount.  Different size and shape mounting plates are available for the wide variety of switches used today as well as for mounting larger devices (FL4SH, Bookworm, GoTalks, etc.).  Use the below mounting plates in combination with the Universal Switch Mounts, Goose Neck Switch Mount, Lightweight Switch Mount, and SLIM Armstrong Switch Mount.  Please note:  One free mounting plate comes with each of the mentioned switch mounts.  Purchase additional mounting plates in order to change from one switch to another type on a switch mount.
