By Zygo.  The new Optimist-3HD is a new, powerful Windows-based dynamic display communication device that weighs only 3-3/8 lbs.!  It features a bright ALL-LIGHT readable 8.4" color touchscreen, exceptionally loud and clear built-in speaker module, fast 1 GHz processor, rechargeable lithium-ion extended life battery, and built-in handle/stand.  This device is house in a rugged magnesium alloy body which provides high durability.  Three USB ports are provided for use with computer peripherals.  External USB Keyboard and Mouse are included. 1 Year warranty.  A rigid plastic Protective Carry Case or soft foam Carry Pouch (device is usable in either) are available for easy carrying and use on-the-fly.

The Optimist-3HD is available preloaded with either the new  "The Grid 2" w/Picture Communication Symbols (same symbols as in Boardmaker) or  Speaking Dynamically Pro and Boardmaker dynamic display software.  Purchase the optional Phone Link for the Optimist-3HD to quickly and easily connect it to telephones!
